Denton Mini Maker Faire

The 2015 Mini Maker Faire will be the first celebration of ideas and innovation in Denton on Saturday, October 17, 2015 in the Denton Civic Center from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. This festival is a place to tinker, design, hack, build, reuse, play, think, learn, share ideas and be inspired by science, technology, engineering, arts, food, music and crafts.

On April 2nd from 5-7 pm we are having our first event at Harvest House.  We want to round up all maker, exhibitors, speakers and volunteers who are interested in participating in this exciting event. This meeting will be to inform and excite Denton’s makers and recruit exhibitors, speakers, sponsors and volunteers for the faire. Ideally we would have makers from diverse backgrounds including art, craft, science, music, robotics, circuits, 3D printing, laser cutting, leather working, metal working, wood working, print making, farming, cooking and so much more!

Spread the word, come have a drink and learn about Denton Mini Maker Faire!

  1. I am excited for MakerFaire to make it’s way to Denton. I am a repairman, recycologist and volunteer at Querencia Community Bike Shop. We are gearing up to make this a fun and informative event for all!
